The prime hybrid is a medical device in almost every other country (except the USA). I'm sure people know why this is. Same with hyperbaric chambers. Not allowed to make claims in the USA. I cannot say it is a medical device but compared to all the "wellness pemf mats" on the market once you experience the prime hybrid you will know why it is rare that it is returned.
For those that want a high end solid state pemf mat this is the one only one that is a solid state mat. It is almost 25 pounds (35 pounds for the system with infrared). It is not meant to be portable like the Bemer and QRS and taken around with you.
People ask if I recommend this one. The best answer is if you have been using a Bemer pro and then use prime hybrid, it is a huge upgrade. It has alternating polarity unlike most pemf mats that only have single polarity.
This prime hybrid doesn't put just a minimal charge to the body. It is capable of charging up the cells in the body at a super high rate if the liver is producing enough glucose for the cells to combust. (That is the problem with people turning it up high. IF THE LIVER CAN'T PRODUCE ENOUGH GLUCOSE THERE IS NOTHING TO COMBUST.
The prime hybrid is the most durable I've tested. It doesn't degrade over time. You can get an AM/FM radio and hear what some of these pemf mats sound like used compared to new ones.
Note: the way to judge the prime hybrid is how you feel after about 2 months. First, most people can't afford the prime hybrid. To recharge the body like you would a battery, it doesn't happen in one session. Little by little, the cell voltage of the body can get higher each day based on getting the right dosage and consistently using the mat. If skipping days the voltage of the body can go back down. But, once the voltage of the body has reached its peak in several months then it is easy to maintain that voltage but bringing it up to that point is very hard if the person doesn't know what they are doing. I practice rebounding daily and use my infrared sauna (it hangs over my bed on this).
Back to the IMRS - I had to talk about these saunas I make since people that usually buy an prime hybrid can afford to make one of these and aren't spending their last dollar or going into credit card debt to buy their pemf mat
Most people barely can afford a QRS mat which is about a third of the price of a IMRS and a used Bemer pro. When people use these heaters for lipolysis and detoxification and heat shock proteins they know the difference than just using the pemf mat alone. I use my heaters, my rebounder, and my pemf mat. That's really all I use. When I travel, I put the mat and the heaters in the suitcase and the rebounder I carry in the case.
Pemf Fluence of the IMRS Prime Hybrid
The prime hybrid has the most fluence of any pemf mat I have tested.
It has 6 heavy copper coils. The copper is wound up giving more feet of surface area to give off way more frequencies than any other mat I have tested. (they are actually coming out with a new mat that will be a mesh type mat, not coils like this. It will be a similar mat like the QRS but way heavier. As far as the strength of this mat, the best way I can describe the power is like having 6 Bemers or QRS mats and having 6 controller and laying on all 6 mats at the same time.
Another way to describe their mat is like having a realistic sound stage with a wider frequency range. Cheaper mats can have distorted frequencies when you turn up the power and cannot provide the detail that the prime hybrid mat has. (this is a picture of the imrs 2000, the prime hybrid takes this mat to the next level. It weighs about 26 pounds. Most mats weigh around 4 pounds.

I do 8 hour sauna sessions during my sleep with heaters turned upside down above me. It is a slow burn detox. The high limit on the heaters are set much lower than normal. I bring the heaters close down to my body to absorb the rays (not so much heat) and it is super detoxing. Most people don't have 8 hours a day to detox. This is often needed for people who are really sick or in pain. I use this while sleeping on my pemf mat. It's the best thing I have found for people who don't have time for this type of therapy. This is what the heaters look like. You just need a few of them over the visceral area.
I also have a red panel I put on top of this and get the same benefit as a red light bed and can lay on my bed and get my therapy, not some hard plastic.
Picture of my sauna - I don't believe in spending a lot of money on a fancy sauna with controllers, thermostats, stereo systems, lighting, seating benches. This costs about 80 dollars in wood and a foot stool. I'd rather spend my money on heaters, not furniture.

I made this sauna out of 3 little tables. I have a fan blowing on me to get rid of excess latent heat so I can get a deep heat co-efficient. I lay on my pemf mat while doing all of this.
This is what it looks like when I cut out the sections for the heaters. These are high glass black ceramic heaters. These are not cheap Chinese import heaters that are found in most saunas.
Note: Some people have lymphatic issues and prone to Herxheimer reactions and need a longer lower powered session. Remember, the gall bladder can only produce so much bile. When releasing the lymphatic waste, removing it is just as important so that it doesn't recirculate back into the body. Those with Fibromyalgia and have very low energy may not have the metabolism to provide enough energy to cells that have been charged up too high. BEWARE - WARNING -
For those coming out of surgery I do NOT recommend using any pemf mat within the first 48 hours. Yes, as much pain as a person is in I still don't recommend using it even on the lowest level. It is a conversation that I can offer if you need to know about this.

Four people over the last several years I dated on Bumble who I don't even talk to anymore called me and wanted to know the name of these goggles they used at my place.
