The Biobalance pemf mat is the most affordable pemf mat for those that want a basic pemf mat. It is about 1/3 of the price of the Beer and about half the price of the QRS mat. For those that are looking for something on a milder level that that is not dealing with any health issues or emf sensitivities, this may be an option.

QRS 101.s Pemf mat - not 101.5
All I can say is you can't really explain this unless you try it. I have been using this for almost a year and I went on vacation and now I know what it is like to not have my mat for a week. This mat gives me a sense of what super circulation feels like. I use it on relax mode and vital mode during my sleep. Compared to the Bemer mat, I will say its a Tier 1a mat but different pros and cons than the Bemer in comparison. The latest 101.s model is the one to get. I only carry the latest model. Many sellers still sell the older model (QRS 101.4 model). The latest QRS mat has a 6 month return policy that I rarely get a return on.

The Magnawave was the most powerful spark gap Pemf machine I tested. The Magnawave Maxx is rated at 17,500 Gauss per pulse. There are advantages and disadvantages to the spark gap vs the solid state type. There is a reason this non solid state model costs 21,000 dollars. This machine is for those seeking super high power and super high fluence.

Magnus Magnetica
The Delta models are the latest 100% solid state circuit Pemf machines. Their $8000 dollar compact model is the strongest solid state model I have found. None of their models have the spark gap chambers anymore. I do not sell Pulse Systems anymore.
Magnus also has met FEI Compliance requirements. This is my most compared model to the Ampcoil that is in the same price range.
I have found that the easiest way to conceptualize the Pemf industry is by breaking it down into a tiered rating system.
About 90% of customers end up purchasing a Pemf machine from Tier 2 level. The rest choose a Tier 1 or Tier 3. Tier 2 is composed of companies that use very confusing marketing for their brands. The reason is because 90% of those brands in this tier are actually “Re-brands” coming from the same few manufacturers in China. So these brands are almost identical to one another and so each company just makes up claims and marketing hype to appear different than their competition.
For this reason I have divided up Tier 2 into two sub levels, A and B. The lower the tier the more drawbacks it has versus benefits. So Tier 2B would have maybe a limited warranty for example versus a Brand from Tier 2A.
Rating System based off the following:
Warranty, Standard vs Solid state components, How Clean the materials (off gassing chemicals), Power rating/fluence rating of the coils for electrical output, Generation of Pemf, EMF level, Cold Spots, Deliverance of joule in nanoseconds, and Customer Service. If you want specific information on each brand and how it rates on each of these categories please ask.
Tier 1:
A -- IMRs Hybrid, QRS 101.S, Centropix Kloud, (These have the most intense fluence, lowest electro-smog, and frequency range).
Tier 2:
A --Magnapulse, PEMF 8000, Magnawave, Sentient Light
B --PER 2000, E Pulse Magnetics
Tier 3:
Maggie, OMI Mat,
(90% of PEMF machines are re-brands from same four manufacturers in China and most machines fall into this Tier)

BEMER PRO mat
The latest Bemer pro mat is far more superior than the older Bemer 3000 that was. I personally used the Bemer for many years (I now use the QRS 101.5 mat). The Bemer is great and is in my tier 1 ranking out of all the mats I tested. The only 2 mats I put in my top category are the Bemer Pro and QRS mat. Both are good in their own ways. I urge people to compare both and make their own decision on which one to get. There are many people that can't afford new ones so I always try to keep demos and exchanged Bemers on hand.
Take the
SEDONA Pro Plus Pemf mat
This is the most similar mat to the Bemer pro mat. This is a newer mat that was introduced on the market so I am experimenting with it. I have tested it for electrosmog and with my ossciliscope. I personally recommend mats 100% made in Germany but as far as this mat is concerned, it is becoming popular and I am hearing mixed reviews. I still like the mat I use better after trying this one but many people like the Sedona for specific reasons.

OMI Pemf mat
I am getting calls for this mat like nothing I have ever seen. I do not promote this import mat and it is NOT one of the original German mats. If anyone buys this mat, they deserve to have the experience they get with this mat. I will personally send you one of my demo emf meters for you to test it before you use it. If you still want to use it, be their guest, not mine.

The latest Ampcoil is now has a digital and analog spark gap. The recent digital spark gap change from the analog older generation now has made the Ampcoil 38 pounds, 1/3 of the price of the power of the early analog models. This is the latest generation of pemf machines sine the 1.0 version that changed the pemf market. This is the strongest digital/analog combo machine I have reviewed. The competitor to the Ampcoil is the Sentient Element Light that I also reviewed side by side.
Centropix Kloud
The Kloud permf mat is the model made by Centropix (made in England). This is a company made by 2 top level Bemer distributors and the mat was finally developed in 2021. You don't have a controller. You use your smartphone to control it. Their waveforms are the latest. They have zero distortion even on the highest level. It's like a Bemer times 10. The EMF problem is fixed. Those that have used the Bemer will appreciate this mat upgrade.

This is the Centropix Kloud mat that is finally available. Many mats are being pulled due to being a class 2 medical device. The Kloud system comes with a mini and a large mat. No accessories. You don't need them with this. I have to say that this is better than the Bemer mat. There is no comparison. They didn't have the technology to make the new frequencies at the time of Bemer. It's been about 20 years since anything really new has come out as far as pemf mats. Try for 30 days. I don't charge restocking fees on this mat. I take all returns. Most dealers charge 10%. I don't.

The iMRS Prime Hybrid model now sets the bar for any pemf mat I have compared, including the QRS 101.s. I only recommend this machine for people who are in need of a more medical grade machine, not just for general health, but have health issues that people who returned other pemf mats didn't work.
This is way more expensive than a Bemer or QRS. Most people are comparing the Imrs to the Bemer Evo. People who have tried the Hybrid model who have tried the Bemer for years notice the difference right away.

Cellvital now makes QRS. The Cellvital has the Fibonacci program that is missing on the QRS. Beware of buying an older QRS. This is the serial number of the latest qrs and the older QRS 101 is not made by CellVital. You are buying the 2009 model if it doesn't have this type of serial number.
